What is Kiln Studio?
Kiln Studio is a business compiler. You describe a business in plain language, and Kiln turns that description into a complete, structured model of how the business works — and a starting point for real software.
You do not need to be technical. You tell the story of your business in normal words; the app builds the model, checks it, and can generate a runnable, distributed software landscape from it.
The golden rule​
Your words are the source of truth. Everything you see — the maps, the boxes, the generated code — is produced from your description. The picture is only a projection; the text is what's real. If something looks wrong, fix your description or edit the box, and everything downstream updates.
How it flows​
Kiln works top-to-bottom, each layer derived from the ones above it:
