Roles — who is allowed to do what

Why. Roles are the job personas in your business and the capabilities each one is responsible for. This is your access model — who can do which work.

How. Click Generate roles. You get a grid: capabilities down the side, roles across the top, and a dot where a role is allowed to run a capability. Enrich can suggest roles you're missing.

Example. Sales Representative → Lead Management; Installation Manager → Installation; Finance Clerk → Billing.
